Alfie came into the centre due to welfare concerns in the home and his previous owners were unable to look after him anymore.
Alfie is finding the cattery environment stressful, and often seeks a hiding spot in his pen, away from staff.
He’s been at the cattery for a little while now and we’re still yet to see any sign of Alfie wanting to be around humans, so he’s looking for a home where there will be no expectation of him wanting to be around humans!
This could be a more outdoor environment, such as a small holding (with fresh food and water given daily) or simply a house with a garden, with enough room for Alfie to seek a bit of space and peace and quiet if he needs it.
