Two year old Noodle has come such a long way since she arrived in our care. She was one of over 35 cats rescued from a hoarding situation, living in some of the worst conditions we've ever seen. Despite the challenging start, Noodle has shown a real desire to trust and connect with us and she continues to grow in confidence each day. Her transformation has been so heartwarming.

Since arriving with us, Noodle has chosen a cosy hidey box as her safe space, and it's been lovely to see her gradually relax and find comfort. When we sit with her, offering a gentle hand, she nuzzles into it with affection, purring away and even rolling over to make air biscuits - a lovely sign of her growing confidence and trust. She truly is a sweetheart.

Noodle is looking for a calm, loving home where she can continue to blossom at her own pace. Because open spaces can still feel a bit daunting for her, she'll benefit from starting in a quiet room and expanding her world gradually as she settles in. She could live with calm, understanding children of secondary school age, and we think she'd enjoy the company of a gentle resident cat too - she's used to having feline friends around her.

Once Noodle has fully settled into her new home, she'll also enjoy safe outdoor access (away from busy roads) where she can explore at her leisure. Noodle may have had a difficult beginning, but her future is bright. With patience, kindness, and a little time, this lovely girl will reward her new family with so much love and affection.
