Margot (3 years approx) is a sweet and shy little lady who's still finding her paws here in the cattery. Life can feel a bit overwhelming for her, so she's currently spending most of her time tucked away in her cosy cat fort. But don't be fooled - beneath that timid exterior is a heart full of love just waiting for the right person.

At first, Margot may run and hide when she sees you coming. She needs a little time and patience to feel safe. But offer her a gentle hand to sniff, and something magical happens - she flops over, starts purring, and leans in for fusses with all her heart. Once that bond begins, she's incredibly affectionate and will happily rub around your hand, asking for more attention.

Margot is still easily startled by loud noises or sudden movements, so she's looking for a calm and understanding home where she can take things at her own pace. She would be best suited to a household with older children (11+), where she can have the space and quiet she needs to build her confidence. She might also be able to live with another friendly, gentle cat after careful introductions.

In her forever home, Margot would benefit from having a quiet room to herself at first - a safe haven where she can settle in slowly and begin to explore when she's ready. Once she feels secure, she will need access to a safe outdoor space where she can stretch her legs and enjoy the fresh air.
