Come and meet our little treat, Cookie! A handsome and inquisitive boy with the sweetest personality!
Cookie is very curious and will get his nose into everything just wanting to explore. He follows us around in his pen, sniffing at our feet wondering what we are up to. When he wants attention, he reaches up our legs in search of hay treats. He enjoys light affection and is very good at being handled, although we like to keep this to a minimum. He is very good at jumping on top of his hutch and loves being up high, he is a real athlete!
We did try to bond him with another lonely male rabbit but we did not succeed. Cookie seems to be happy as a single rabbit but this does not mean he would not bond with another female rabbit so we are open to rehoming him to an owner who is confident with bonding.
Cookie can also live with children from age 10+ who understand rabbit boundaries and gentle handling. He will need a pen with floor space of at least 3mx2mx1m, ideally with some free run of a safe garden or rabbit proof home.
