About Me

Breed: Maine Coon crossbreed
Colour: Tabby
Age: 3 Years (approx)

Tigger came to our branch on the 30th March 2025, after being taken from unsuitable surroundings.

His previous home was shared with almost 50 other cats, all interbred from one another, having started out with just a handful. Tigger is understandably still adjusting to this massive upheaval, but he is making great progress every day.

Tigger has feline calcivirus, this means that he is more susceptible to infections - though he has had his vaccinations with us which lessens the chance of being poorly should he catch a bug. Whilst he has been with us, Tigger has had an extensive dental procedure, leaving him with 6 teeth total - he has also been diagnosed with gingivitis, which means that the are often more prone to dental issues, so will need his teeth brushing regularly to prevent this from worsening.

Tigger does not like being picked up but he does like being stroked, he would like a quiet household and space to grow in confidence.

You may have also seen Snowy advertised, he is sharing a pen with Tigger at the moment and we were originally hoping to rehome them together as they get on well, however due to how confident they both have gotten they could easily be adopted seperately.

Tigger's adoption fee is £500, however if you wanted to adopt both him and Snowy, it would be £800.

My personality

  • I may be able to live with another cat
  • I'll probably spend more time inside
  • I could live with children of secondary school age
  • I'm a shy guy; I'll need time to settle
  • I would prefer not to live with a dog
