Meet the beautiful Sox, Sox was found living in unhygienic conditions with 35 other cats and had no access to the outside world.
You may have seen Sox looking terrified in the previous profile picture we had of him as he was scared and didn?t want to interact. However, Sox has found his confidence and has started to actively seeks out attention, he loves a fuss and can be vocal when he wants attention. His new profile picture shows he is becoming comfortable in our company.
As not to overwhelm him in a new environment he will need someone who has patience that will give him the time and space to adjust to his new home as he will probably find a new places and people to be a little daunting. He may hide up like he did here at first, but now we have seen his confidence grow we hope it won?t be long before he seeks company in a home.
We have found when he is relaxed and when no people are around he loves to play with toys by himself and we feel that in time this would be a good way for his new family to build a bond with him. Ideally Sox is looking for a quiet low foot fall home, with his own space to begin with, without other cats or dogs and an adult only household. In time Sox may like access to a garden in which he can explore, away from busy roads.
