How can anyone resist little Freddo's cheeky face?

This friendly, inquistive chap is full of character and charm. He likes to know what you are up to, watching in case you have anything tasty for him! As a prey species rabbits do not enjoy being picked up, and Freddo is a little nervous of direct handling, but you will be able to make friends with him by spending time with him and giving him tasty vegetables by hand.

Freddo was rescued by one of our inspectors with three other rabbits, all of whom were living in unsuitable accommodation and were in poor condition as a result. When he arrived, Freddo had to be separated from the others due to the risk of fighting or breeding. However, he is now looking for a home with a neutered female to keep him company.

Freddo will need time to bond gradually with his future female friend, and eventually they will need a large enclosure with plenty of space to hop about and some comfy hiding places.

Freddo can live in a home with children and other animals, as long as he can be housed safely and securely and is never left unsupervised with young children or other animals.
