This big lad is Zack! Weighing in at around 40 kilos, he's a getle giant. He's a mali x shepherd but we see more shepherd traits when he's out and about.

Zack loves people and will lean in for a good fuss. He also loves his toys and can often be seen carrying them around or enaging in a game. Zack is able to settle and relax in the presence of poeple but may need his time alone building up again once in a home. He's an older lad and after spending some time in kennels, will likely want to make the most of being around humans.

Zack is looking to be the only dog in his new home and we're looking for a semi-rural home where he can be walked without seeing too many dogs. He's made a couple of dog friends whilst at the centre, but this isn't consistent with every dog he meets and he prefers being in his own space. Zack travels well and hops in and out of our van when asked so may benefit from trips to secure fields or quiet walks in the countryside.

If this is something you could manage, Zack will make a great, loveable companion!
