If you’re looking for a dog who knows how to enjoy the simple pleasures in life, Roman’s your guy! This lovable goof is happiest when he’s flopped on his back in a patch of grass, wriggling with joy like no one’s watching. He's got a big heart, a big personality, and, well… a bit of a “bull in a china shop” energy that keeps life exciting! Roman’s the type who’ll barrel into your heart (and maybe your coffee table) with enthusiasm and affection - and we wouldn't have him any other way. He’s strong, silly, and full of life - perfect for someone who's after a dog that is the epitome of a gentle giant. Roman enjoys meeting other dogs on his walks - his tail wags a mile a minute when he spots a new potential friend! That said, his enthusiasm can sometimes come on a little strong, and his social skills are still a work in progress. Because of this, we think Roman would do best as the only pet in the home for now, where he can get the structure and attention he needs. With continued training and positive experiences, we’re confident Roman has the potential to be a great doggy friend in the future! Roman would also be best suited to a home with children aged 14 years and above. He’s a big, bouncy boy, and older kids who are comfortable around large dogs will be best equipped to handle his playful energy and give him the space he needs to thrive.
