We are delighted to introduce this bright-eyed and bushy-tailed gent, Alfonso. He is as exotic as his name sounds, and has the taste for the finer things in life. He is not exotic by breed, but boy, this lad prefers the most natural foods. This handsome chap is on the lookout for his new family, who are willing to keep up with his lavish lifestyle. All jokes aside, Alfonso has not had it easy, but luckily, he has come out on the other side and hasn't let it deter him from being the most affectionate boy. Alfonso can find new people a little intimidating; however, once he knows that you are his friend, he is quick to rub his glorious cheeks all over you! Because he can be a little shy, Alfonso isn't too keen on being picked up and handling that makes him feel vulnerable. He would prefer for people to respect his boundaries, so that he can build up a trusting relationship. That being said, Alfonso is coming out of his shell every day he spends with us, and we know being in a home environment will help him thrive. Although Alfonso can be a little reserved, he does love to explore, and often like to jump out of his pen to see what everyone is up to.
Alfonso would be better suited to a home with older children, 12+, and would prefer to be the only pet. He wasn't the biggest fan of his other feline residents, so would be best being the only child, and having all the attention on himself, like the spoiled prince he is.
