Say hello to Narla! She was surrendered into our care with her sibling, who has since found her home. We are now hoping Narla is just as fortunate and able to find a home of her own.

Narla?s can be a bouncy girl at times, but her mix does leave her with a drive to learn! She walks well on lead and responds well to training ? frequently offering a "sit" or "paw" with little prompting. She knows her name and continues to do well with her recall. Unfortunately Narla has found the kennel environment quite stressful at times and this has impacted her interactions with other dogs in certain circumstances. However, with our support she has made great progress in this area and has a circle of dog friends she can walk alongside on a routine basis.

A typical day for Narla would include at least one outing for exercise and a mixture of enrichment opportunities. Such opportunities could include a mixture of training life skills and fun exercises, or using scent games and searching exercises such as ?find it? to keep her engaged with the environment around her.

To give Narla the best opportunity, we are looking for applicants that can offer her a safe and secure garden space with 6ft fencing surrounding, and no neighbouring dogs due to a poor socialisation history. Previous experience with English Bull Terrier's, Shepard's, or other working breeds is also desirable. Due to Narla's bouncy nature we will only be considering adult only applications, or those with children of secondary school age and above, that are experienced with young, lively dogs.
