Meet Gordon. This handsome man was brought into our care after he was picked up as a stray. After being treated for a cat bite abscess he is now ready to begin looking for his forever home.
Gordon is an independent boy that is used to being able to do his own thing. His aloof character means he is becoming frustrated in the cattery and we are keen to get him into a home environment where he can rule the roost!
We are working to introduce Gordon to being groomed to prevent his fur from becoming matted. This is a slow process and we are trying to make it as positive as possible for him.
His independent personality means that he tolerates being handled however will happily tell you when he has had enough!
On a routine vet check it was found that Gordon has a heart murmur. This can be discussed in more detail with potential adopters.
We feel at this point he would benefit from an adult only, pet free home where he can have the freedom to come and go as he pleases.
