Meet Dray. This handsome boy arrived into 快活影院care as his previous owners could no longer provide for his care. Since arriving to the centre he has shown nothing but affection to the staff and we feel he is now ready to find his forever home.

Dray is a young dog that loves to learn. He is frequently spotted working through his cues when out with his handlers. Though he is a large dog, he is very polite on lead. To avoid any pulling we reinforce loose lead walking and improve his engagement with handlers by building reflex actions and having him check in often. He is showing positive progress with this and we would advise potential adopters to continue this in the home as he begins to explore new places, as he could be strong if he pulls.

Dray can be a little nervous when meeting new people, but as soon as he has settled he is the happiest boy, so it may be we advise a couple of meets here at the centre to allow him to get to know any potential adopter/s. He loves playing with footballs, and enjoys being in a large space where he has the freedom to zoom around to his heart's content. He is often responsive when called and knowing he may get a treat improves this even more.

Potential adopters will need a garden space with 6ft fence surrounding, and may benefit from prior experience with large breeds of dog. Dray may be able to live with children of secondary school age and above that are experienced with larger breeds of dog. Due to his nervous tendancies, we feel he would benefit most bonding with a family as the only animal in the home.
