About Me
Breed: | Domestic Shorthair crossbreed |
---|---|
Colour: | Black |
Age: | Unknown |
Nessarose arrived in our care after being found living in a shed with her three kittens. She is looking for an alternative lifestyle as she wouldn’t suit a ‘typical’ family home. Despite the staff’s best efforts to build a bond with her, she is a very worried when around people and any type of interaction is too overwhelming for her.
Usually cats like Nessarose do not cope well within a home and have likely spent the majority of their lives living outdoors enjoying the freedom and independence that such setting offers. We are looking for a very special ‘guardian’ for Nessarose who can take on her care, daily feeding and give her a warm shelter to retreat to along with providing a safe environment for her to live out her days.
Suitable accommodation must be always protected from the elements with easy access, examples include; stables, barns and small holdings. Her new owner would be responsible for ensuring that she is in a healthy condition and they would need to keep her contained for the first few weeks before she is allowed out to explore. There is a possibility that with time and a change of scenery, she may become more accepting of people and seek attention.
