Fabulous Freddie arrived in our care back in October and since arriving he has flourished. Freddie was a little on the nervous side when he arrived but with some time, love and care from the kennel staff he is learning to trust people again and has come out of his shell so much. He has become an affectionate dog who loves being with people.

Freddie is still learning how to be comfortable with the world, so potential adopters will need to understand he may need some time and to also carry on with his basic training to help Freddie going forward. Freddie has really come along leaps and bounds since arriving, becoming a really well rounded dog who is adored by the kennel staff. Freddie's favourite things are doggy muffins and his toys, his little face lights up whenever he gets a muffin or a new toy.

Having previous experience with larger breeds like Freddie would be really beneficial for adopters. As Freddie would want all the muffins to himself we feel it would be best for Freddie to be the only animal in the house, as he can get a little frustrated with other dogs while out and about, but he has been improving on this since arriving and is doing excellent with his training. He would also prefer an adult only house, this is so that he can have a chance to settle as he likes quiet time when he is in his bed. Freddie is a big loveable boy who just needs someone who understands his needs and can help him explore his life.
